Essence

We work with color, material, and open setups. Not to master anything – but to follow the material and to see anew.

For people with their own practice who are ready to relinquish control and engage in a process with an open outcome.

Your Mentor: Inge H. Schmidt

Inge H. Schmidt: painter, draftswoman, and a teacher with a rare touch. She blends technical mastery with wit, curiosity, and a keen eye for the human element. For Inge, it’s not about style or technical prowess. It’s about the act of seeing, the courage to decide, and trusting the process. Her presence is clear and attentive—offering a space where growth is effortless but significant.

A session with Inge shifts something. Quietly. Lastingly.
